The Kink Finder brings public hire information together. It’s a starting point for finding a space that suits you, with the venue’s own details always one click away.
Download the directory as CSVWhat do the listing labels mean?
Own-site advert: a venue’s own hire page was found, including indexed pages. Directory advert: hire is explicitly offered in a specialist listing. Confirm first: the venue’s current operation, location, or independent private-hire terms still need checking. None of these labels is an endorsement or a guarantee of availability.
Is this every dungeon in the UK?
No public directory can guarantee that. This edition includes 40 advertised hire options and nine further leads found through public-web research. Some venues are private, new, closed, or advertised only through community channels. Details were researched on 23 October 2026 and are not automatically updated.
What should I confirm with the venue?
Confirm the date, full cost, deposit and cancellation terms, who may attend, access needs, included equipment and whether you get one room or the whole venue. Private room hire may leave other rooms in use. Some venues require membership, screening, or guests aged 21+.
Sources and duplicate listings
Every entry links to its source or hire page. Discovery sources include Kinky Tiger and Mistresses UK. Manchester Chambers / Ashton Dungeon Hire and BunkHaus / Facility X are counted once. Brighton’s three separately advertised properties are counted separately. The Hackney Wick advert may relate to a moved property, so is a lead rather than an established separate venue. Known closed entries were excluded.
